Series Build We Will Be Doing Tonight in AntiGravity...
Killer Chemistry Cozy Mystery Romcom Series Concept A sharp-witted amateur sleuth with a talent for noticing what others miss keeps stumbling into small-town murders—much to the frustration of the by-the-book detective assigned to each case. Forced to work together despite clashing methods, their professional rivalry turns into undeniable chemistry as every solved mystery pulls them closer. Each book features a self-contained cozy murder tied to a local event, escalating banter, and steady romantic progression, while the town’s recurring cast and unresolved tension keep the series warm, witty, and addictive. I mixed it! Adding Romcom AND Cozy Mystery because I do agree it's hard to build the twists and turns sometimes and well - I like Romcoms. Don't worry! The Concepts we will be talking about will work with ANY genre!!! Spice will be talked about - because I absolutely have spice in my books. This was an actual review emailed to me yesterday - so I have VERY DARK SPICE and had no issues writing it inside of AG. Some of the requests I saw may become mini-classes but I'm not sure how I will do them just yet.

Another Antigravity Thing
Yes - I know but so this is my series of shorter quick reads (20k average) that I'm writing in Antigravity. I planned and did everything within the system. But one of my favorite parts is going through and editing (which is an issue for a lot of things) but I'm planning and writing book 9 today and I noticed the "developer" trope was used previously - so we rebuilt it and it goes through and edits every page for me. This is on my outline page - but it also updated my Series Character list. Now I can approve (or ask it to change it again and it's done) My other fav part is this is all being written and stored easily in my Google drive - PLUS - I was being my normal disorganized self and had everything in 1 folder (all 8 books, all the chapters from said 8 books - you get the idea).... Antigravity organized them all and make it all pretty and can still search within all the folders. Yes - I'll do a live thing soon to show some stuff that is just cool in it.

@Dana Sacco cool then I’ll be there
Approx. hours spent per book?
2026 is my year of trying to streamline my processes. I am trying to get faster at producing my cozy romance books from idea to publishing. Currently it is taking me about 30 hours to complete a book. Yes, I know I'm slower than most but I need to learn to automate better and I always get hung up on the editing (a very unpleasant task) and book covers (but I'm working on improving all of this). I am keen to learn how long it is taking others on average. What's achievable? It will inspire me to improve my practice this year! 🙂
