I've used the Map of Consciousness for years and what I find most valuable is not using it to judge ourselves, but to become aware of where we are in the moment. We all move up and down the scale throughout life. The goal isn't to force ourselves into higher states overnight, but to gently notice when we're operating from fear, guilt, anger, or pride and consciously choose a different response. I also use this scale in my radiesthesia sessions and energy readings within our group. It can be a fascinating way to explore someone's current energetic state, emotional patterns, and areas of growth, always with the intention of bringing greater awareness rather than judgment. What I love is that even a small shift in awareness can change our entire experience of reality. Sometimes moving from fear to courage is a bigger leap than moving from courage to peace.
