I AM someone who sees how I actually show up because I AM on a path of reinvention. My retrenchment was tough and it exposed some character traits that I have not been proud of where I have been fighting with the world. Now it is time to recognise my good qualities and work on them as I know that is what draws people towards me. I equally need to recognise my negative traits and realise when they are surfacing so I can suppress them and eliminate the need to apologize. I AM on a journey to show people my strengths.

Honest, Reliable, Sincere, Analytical Something that surprised me - I am always wanting to please. If there is a change of plan, an alteration to a Padel game for example, I will always agree to it. I always want to please and almost don't have the belief to say something doesn't suit me. What I learnt about myself - I am very analytical - this is noted by basically everyone I meet within about five minutes of meeting them. I think I can be over analytical - where I analyse and assume the worst and take things as being a letdown rather than just accepting that something happened that resulted in someone not being able to show up. I jump to conclusions! I am someone who is honest with myself because - I believe I have great qualities, but I let myself down at times. This I want to change. I need to control my emotions and eliminate negative thoughts. I need to build my self-confidence and not take rejection personally. I want to eliminate the bad qualities that sometimes surface and erode my good qualities.

As I focus on my biggest realization is that I AM able to be with people who value me and respect me. I AM capable to forge a new path that will include people who will shine a light on where I am going when I am unable to clearly see the direction. The week ahead is the beginning of my new future.

Today I committed to move to a new Liberty franchise where I believe I will be respected and helped to grow. I AM moving to a new beginning. I AM moving to a place I believe I AM wanted. I AM no longer going to fear - I AM the master of my own destiny and I AM choosing to align myself with people who I believe will love to see me succeed. Today I AM someone who has pushed aside the fear of the unknown and made a decision that I hope will bring me success. I AM someone who makes decisions because I AM capable of being successful and the decision I have made today is going to be a career path of growth and prosperity.

With career being my key area of focus: I have communicated my intention to move agencies. I have done this politely and with intent of keeping friends and not burning bridges. This is a big change as, after my retrenchment, this has been home for me for the past 10 months. But...I believe it is for the best. I AM focused on my success. I AM committed to my journey. I AM the master of my own destiny.
