I will be totally honest here because i know if someone is reading this, want to desperately improve their mental and emotional wellbeing and i can totally relate to that feeling. Whatever i learned through him has been life changing. He cares for you more than you do about yourself in this journey and that is very rare. His knowledge and insight's are so powerful .This community has so much place in my life and my heart, this place pushes me each day to become my best version. I am lucky ♥️
