Hello Guys, I have a question after sending SMS and getting someone that says they would entertain an offer whats your next step? Do you call them or do you call them until seller agrees on a price you like? How do you get higher closing ratio?

@Philip Cobb got it and what’s a better sms to send out at first. I was thinking Hello is this xyz ? (It gets good response based on the few times I’ve used it but more texting since I have to text saying) “ great I wanted to see if you would be interested in selling 123 Main Street” Or Hello xyz do you still own 123 Main Street ?
