GREAT NEWS!!
we’ve been working sooo hard in the past few weeks on this project and it’s finally coming to light. Meditație

Am participat cu ceva timp în urma la un atelier unde am descopertit o meditație interesanta. Unde îți vizualizezi fiecare parte a corpului,fiecare organ si le mulțumești, urmat de respiratii profunde
