Juggling Multiple Businesses. Should I Pause One or Manage Everything Together?
Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been juggling a few things lately, and I’d love to hear some real experiences from people in this community. I currently run an online fitness dropshipping store that’s doing well (around $25k/month), and now I’m planning to start another business. The challenge is figuring out how to balance both without letting one suffer. Part of me is thinking about pausing the store for a bit so I can fully focus on the new project… but I’m not sure if that’s the smartest move. For those of you who manage multiple businesses or brands at once—how do you do it without burning out or slowing down your main source of income? Do you think it’s better to pause one business temporarily or build systems to run everything side by side? Would love to hear your thoughts, advice, or even what you’re personally doing right now. Your experiences could really help! 💬🔥

For me, I was working full time as a Blood Bank Supervisor making $186k/year. My schedule was: 0400 Wake up 0500 Tutor Private Students 0900 Eat/Bathe/Get Ready for work 1000 Work 2030 Off work 2100 Edit videos/market 0000 Sleep. There were days when my students would cancel so I was able to sleep in, but all this goes to say is that it depends on how badly you want it. It sucked most days, but I knew I didn't want to be confined to a job (one source of income). You could easily get both off the ground by waking up earlier or going to bed later, or getting the help you need to prioritize tasks for the new business. Now I work for myself full-time on my business and helping Brand Launch scale. You absolutely got this!

I am on day 17 of posting 3x daily: +226 new followers and I am noticing new followers are sticking around to see more of my content because I have been putting titles. Carousels are going crazy.

I am now on my day 8 of posting 3 times per day. Almost 100 new subs. Just shy of 50 opt-ins to my lead magnet, 7 opt-ins to my high ticket services. One product sale so far.

Success Takes No Holidays 💰💭🦃
Greetings Brand Launch Family 📱🔥 I know the holidays are beginning… but let me remind you of something that took me way too long to learn: Success does not take days off. And if you’re building a business, you don’t get to either. I’m not saying don’t spend time with your family or enjoy your day. I’m saying this: 💰 Wake up earlier than everyone else. 💰 Stay up later if you have to. 💰 Make sure your marketing is posted, your clients are responded to, and your content is DONE. Most people treat holidays like a free pass to slack off. Entrepreneurs don’t have that luxury. When I was working full-time in the hospital, I used holidays to get ahead. Because I knew the truth: If I wanted to create a life where I didn’t have to clock in anymore, my actions had to reflect that, even on the days everyone else is “resting.” Your dream does not care that it’s a holiday. Your goals don’t pause. And the algorithm definitely doesn’t take PTO. If you want to win in this game, you have to learn how to show up even when it’s inconvenient. So here’s my question to you: What did you get done today to move your brand forward? What are you going to do tomorrow through the weekend to remain consistent? Write it below so I can hold you accountable. xoxo, Your favorite scientist & Community Manager, Marilyn 🧪❤️

Pumped to learn and grow
Pumped to learn more and be part of this community. I'm strong on LinkedIn, trying to grow on IG and improve my content. I am a fan Mugzy and impressed how he's built his brand, is very authentic and has a passion to help others. I thought I could learn a few things and grow from participating in this program.
