One thing I have found is that progress is tracked when you click the "mark as complete" check mark in the upper right corner of the program/class that will complete each of the modules within, (see below for location)

@Tilsa Thomas Hi-sorry, I am also still getting used to this platform as well and didn't see that you had responded. Glad you found the checkmark, and that you are tracking your progress! I have a poll up about beginning Zoom classes, let me know if you would be interested!
Video Critique?
New member @John Gagat asked about taking video and getting a critique, to which I say "Yes! Absolutely!" but it makes me think too, it 's time to start some face to face teaching. ZOOM call, anyone? If there are 3 or more people who want to sign up for an hour long call to train and ask/answer questions, let me know! Also best times, morning or evening? weekday or weekend? I exist at MST, so pretty flexible with coastal timelines.

Would I be able to video myself doing some of the exercises and post them for you to critic?

Thank you for approving my request. I didn't know what internal martial arts were, so I looked it up. I'm looking for ways to move energy within my body, and it seems internal martial arts addresses that.

You are Welcome, John, thanks for joining! Internal Martial Art is typically defined as the 3 major Internal Arts of Taiji (also written as Tai Chi) BaGua and Xing Yi- of which I train and teach TaiJi and BaGua. They all help move, create and understand internal energy both for health and Martial Arts. I focus mainly on the Yogic health aspect, but I am also a Martial Artist and will delve into that side as well. Feel free to post any topics or questions on the Community page, as there are other knowledgeable members who may have interesting responses.
