Take a moment today to do the following.. - Reflect on your week: what have you accomplished? What synchronicities did you see, what do you feel can improve? What will you be doing differently next week? - Organize your week: visualizing your ideal reality is not enough, you must use your will to take action towards it, write out things you have to do to approach this reality and reverse engineer tasks into daily responsibilities so you can align with your ideal reality. Procrastination is just self doubt, recognize it, breathe into it, feel the fear behind it and then get clear on your task and do it anyways. - Sundays are great to give yourself some reflection, observe your patterns and set great intention for how the week will go.
