Why I decided to become a Certified Identity Coach: I have battled with Endometriosis since I was 12 years old, and because of the excruciating pain it caused me and the terrible side effects of being put on the pill at such a young age to manage the symptoms, I unfortunately never got my matric. At 19 I then fell pregnant to my son who was born at 27 weeks (weighing 705grams). Despite being told a day later he was going to die and I needed to say goodbye to him, by persistent prayer and God's grace he survived. My miracle child beat the odds is now 10 years old and the most beautiful, innocent soul with Asperger's Syndrome. His dad unfortunately walked out on us many years ago and I have been raising him on my own with the full financial burden on myself. With low self-esteem and self-worth, I got into an abusive relationship for 3 years having to hide bruises and make up excuses. He turned me against my own family with lies and manipulation and I am ashamed to say it took him to break up with me. I was very lost with no real direction for a long time, I felt very beaten down by life with a victim mentality. I was in a very dark place and worked many different jobs and did many different courses trying to find some kind of path to support my son and I financially. My sister one night invited me to go to church, it was like the sermon was made just for me, "Letting Go". Everything changed for me that day, like a weight had been lifted and I was able to see life so much clearer. I started getting myself life back together and joy started creeping back into my life again. A while later I was offered a job in the company I work for now which was an absolute answered prayer. I was introduced to coaching where I have a keen interest and finally for the first time in my life I can see a path and some direction for my life. After 5 years of doing life alone, I am now with the most amazing partner who treats me like an absolute queen and loves cooking supper for me and my boy every night.

There are so many good sections to choose from :). I would say maybe building rapport, questioning and maybe on some of the tools and models. I just finished but it would be great to recap in real time :). But I'd be happy to recap on any section.
