Post Your Breath Hold (Week 7: Feb 10th 2025 - Feb 16th 2025)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Plus - check out our new Live Call Archive, which includes a replay of last week's training with Mike Chang & Stig. Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post at least 3 times before the week is over, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course ๐Ÿ˜Ž And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Oleg Kashin @Abednego Moses Suryanda @Elliot Raboy @Tina Mosner @Justine Szymala @Luca Pinelli @Stephanie Challis @Giovanna Franceschini @Andrรฉs Baiz @Bruce Stayne

Good morging! Week 2 Day 2 lesson 6 One fully inhaled breathhold 4:12 Wich fehlt pretty tough with contractions from 2:44. But my main goal is to learn how to accept contractions. First (messured) passively exhaled breathhold 2:49 With contractions from 2:05, but wich fehlt way more smooth an comfortable than with fully inhaled lungs. I guess this is because there's less pressure from air in the lungs and the diaphragm can move better. I also could better connect my mind to my heartbeat and literally listen my heartrate slowing down! Great experience! Have a good friday!

@Raรบl Simonetta absolutely no reason to feel ashamed! You got to start from somewhere and most people who do their very first breathhold without any experience don't even reach 1 minute! So hold on, enjoy and look forward to the upcoming progress!

Hey, I am Klaus, I am biologist from Germany working with reptiles. Since my childhood I have been snorkeling with passion during every year vacation, wich turnt more ans more into freediving within the last couple of years. Since december I am training in the pool on a weekly basis. Freediving for me is the highest form of relaxiation. To improve my breathhold skills, but also to improve my stress management at work and in allday life, I have just joined the 7 day breathhold challenge today. My first three attempts I have reached 2:15 min, 2:30 min and 2:45 min. I believe I didn't actually really reach my limit. But there was no time left for a 4th attempts, because I had to go work. I hope I will be able to reach 4 min or better to maximize my diving time to enjoy the underwater world next time in the ocean.
