Hi, everyone. Just trying this app out because I have never used it before. Have any of you read Derek Prince or listened to his old sermons? It's been a while, but I have read several of his books. On fiction, does anyone have a recommendation? It's also been a while, but I read The Circle series by Ted Dekker and This Present Darkness by Frank Peretti.

Not so bad... when you hear this phrase, it's often the devil who comes to tempt you. We have a good example with David and Bathsheba. Instead of looking and leaving the place, he stayed and even told the guard to go get her... not so bad... this not so bad leads to a lot of harm. But thanks to God we can repent and he loves us so much that he will do everything to raise us up.

Hey friends…. Don’t know if this is the right forum to post but I could use your prayers: I gave in to sin yesterday and asked God to forgive me but it’s so frustrating making steps forward and 2 steps back. I have been lonely as I have lost all of my friends due to my decision to come to Christ. 15 years living openly in the gay community meant a lot of like minded friendships but when you realize that’s not who God wants you to be, it costs everyone. I think part of the struggle was to numb the pain with pornography. Realizing there’s a root there that needs to be removed. So there’s the frustration of - well you gave up all your friends to sin still in private online? I had a good prayer this morning but just wanted to confess that as I believe the word tells us to confess our sins one to another and be healed. Pray for me as this is definitely a journey.
