Would you rather..?
Would you rather have: More Time? or More Money? (Obviously both is the dream, but let's pretend it's not an option for the sake of this thought experiment) I'm pretty sure most people would vote for more time, but looking around, it appears that everyone is so busy running around chasing the money! (so maybe I'm wrong?) Take a few days off, 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. You won’t regret it. 🌞 Have a GREAT weekend.

I’d choose more time. ⏳ Time is one thing you can never get back. When you have more time, you can build systems, create valuable content, and develop multiple streams of residual income that continue working for you long after you’ve created them. Money can be earned again, but lost time can’t be replaced. I’d rather have the time to invest in what truly matters my relationship with God, my family, my purpose, and building assets that create financial freedom. In the long run, time used wisely can produce more money, but more money can never buy back lost time.
What is one thing you’ve survived that made you stronger?
I’ll go first. I’m a single mom, and there have been seasons when I didn’t know how everything was going to work out. I’ve faced financial challenges, disappointments, closed doors, and moments where I had more questions than answers. But looking back, I’ve realized something powerful: The hardest seasons of my life taught me resilience, faith, and perseverance. Some of the things that once felt like setbacks ended up becoming the very experiences that helped shape who I am today. They taught me how to keep moving forward when circumstances didn’t make sense. Now, whenever I face a new challenge, I remind myself: “If I made it through that season, I can make it through this one too.” I’d love to hear from you. What’s one challenge you’ve overcome that made you stronger, wiser, or more grateful today? 👇 Let’s encourage each other. 💙

@Adam McCollough 💯 “Every failure is feedback” is such a powerful lesson. Thank you for sharing your story. It’s encouraging to see how persistence, learning, and refusing to quit transformed what once felt like a failure into such a thriving community. That’s a reminder to all of us that success often comes after we decide to try again. Your story is such a testimony and you have overcome so much in life. You really inspire me to keep going and don’t give up 🚀🙌

@Adam McCollough yes of course I would!
The gift
I don't know if this is going to be of any value but here's what I've been reflecting in the last few days. Just before I write this, I read @Christy Sanderson's post and I wanted to add up on that. In our biggest struggle lies our greatest gift and essence. And we can turn pain into purpose. We tend to look at life as problems or challenges and yes we build skills and resilience and we push through and we cry and scream and all that 3D stuff we do, but from a spiritual perspective, perhaps all this is happening for us to unlock our gifts and talents. When I notice all the patterns and events in my life, I also notice that the people who come to work with me are all those who are going through the same thing I went through months or years ago and I know exactly how to guide them out of their dark tunnel. In my pain, the light emerges and my gift to humanity appears. Some people call it the silver lining, I like to call it "the gift". Perhaps this post is just an invitation to look at our greatest struggle right now (past or present) and see how we have a gift there, a skill, a talent that can genuinely help others.

This is such a beautiful perspective. What really stood out to me was, “In our biggest struggle lies our greatest gift and essence.” I’ve found that some of the hardest seasons of my life became the very testimonies God now uses to encourage and help others. The pain wasn’t wasted—it produced wisdom, compassion, strength, and a deeper dependence on Jesus Christ. I truly believe God can take what was meant to break us and use it to reveal gifts, purpose, and a calling we may have never discovered otherwise. Thank you for sharing this powerful reminder that even in our struggles, there is often a gift waiting to be uncovered.
What's your why?
Share a picture or pictures of something or someone that represents your why. And share something about your motivations: 🌸Why are you in business? 🎉Why are you doing what you're doing? I'll go first: Personally my why is around family and hobbies, having time for it all, and supporting our family financially. 🐕🚶My husband and Shadow, our pup 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧Family back east and in CA, so travel too! 🌺Gardening Professionally, it's all of you. My why in continuing through a tough pivot in this part of my business (helping content creators get on TV) is a deep conviction that the world needs more positive messages, more connection and more authenticity. I'm motivated to get positive messages into a larger audience in order to make a difference in people's lives and our societies. And as I've come to know so many here on skool, I'm in awe and so grateful to journey with you! You're all so beautiful, have important things to communicate and bring beauty into the world.

My why is my son, Zechariah. 💙 He is one of the biggest reasons I keep showing up, growing, and building. I want to create a life of freedom, stability, and legacy for him while showing him what it looks like to trust God, pursue your purpose, and never give up on the vision God has placed in your heart. I’m in business because I believe God has called me to help women discover their purpose, strengthen their faith, and build the vision He has given them. I know what it’s like to face challenges, setbacks, and uncertainty, and I want other women to know they are not alone and that God still has a plan for their lives. What motivates me is seeing lives transformed. When a woman begins to believe in herself again, steps into her calling, and starts walking in the purpose God created her for, that inspires me to keep going. My mission is bigger than building a business—it’s about making an impact, leaving a legacy, and helping others step into everything God has called them to be. 🙏💖

@Karin Crawford Thank you so much Karin! 💖 I truly appreciate your kindness and support. It’s always encouraging connecting with fellow believers in Jesus Christ. This week I’m heavily focused on growing my blog, Pinterest strategy, SEO, and building Kingdom-centered content that helps women walk in purpose and entrepreneurship. Your encouragement means a lot!
