guys pls help me the problem is i cant control my rage and i starts destroying school property when some1 ragebait me such as i crashed the table and smashed the fire extinguisher and so more so pls tell me how to control my rage so i can chill and relax and besides my friends doesnt scared of me anymore

guys after a while of refreshing my mind i finally back to this community so my family will go to johor bahru for vacation and i realized this city is where lucas live and i kinda miss him cuz he quitted skool and he doesnt active on discord much

now um pretty traumatised for some reason my head just wanna explote and many times my rage level increase and sometimes i just wanna kill someone im so tired and i wanna rest and i gotta study too but still i dont quit skool bye guys ima peace out
