What are you working on to grow your member

@Gwynne Conlyn I'm focusing on genuine conversations and getting to know people in communities that share similar interests. Building relationships has worked better for me than trying to grow quickly. I'm also a Skool community specialist, so I spend a lot of time helping community owners improve member growth and engagement through things like a strong onboarding experience, gamification, meaningful levels and rewards, and creating reasons for members to keep coming back and participating. I'm always curious to hear what's been working for others. Have you found anything that's made a noticeable difference for your community?
