🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | May 30 – June 5
From $50K+ pipelines and first SaaS launches to automated outbound systems and accidental ERPs - this week inside AIS+ was all about building systems that compound. Some members landed clients. Some built machines that find clients for them. Both count. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Mohammad Sallam crossed $50K+ in pipeline within weeks by building a lean team and leaning into automation opportunities most businesses still ignore. 👉 @Emanuel Cira shipped a 24/7 outbound system that automatically finds, qualifies, and routes leads every morning before he even starts his day. 👉 @Giacomo Benedetti accidentally turned a payment-chasing workflow into a lightweight ERP running core operations for his dad’s travel business. 👉 @Sai Santosh Kumar D launched his first SaaS product — a Telugu caption tool originally built for himself and validated through 60+ videos before launch. 👉 @John Catholic generated $3K from just 20 Upwork proposals using a repeatable workflow combining Claude, visual explainers, and Loom walkthroughs. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Pedro Gomez Pedro has lived through multiple technology waves. He saw the internet reshape industries 30 years ago. Now he sees the same thing happening with AI - just faster. Since joining AIS+, he has: - Gone from limited web development experience → building his own website - Used Claude Code to move from consuming → creating - Built confidence to take action instead of overthinking - Used community feedback to improve faster than building alone - Found experienced builders who challenge ideas with real-world experience

How I built three startup websites with Claude Code (and saved £8k+)
Hi all, Wanted to share a bit of progress I've been making with Claude Code that I think the AIS community will find interesting. Over the past few weeks I've designed and built three live websites, entirely with Claude Code, for three of my own startups: - canelacafever.com.mx — our Mexican coffee & kitchen in Boca del Rio, Veracruz - mextapas.co.uk — Mextapas, our UK food-led supper club and events brand - magueyandco.co.uk — Maguey & Co., our specialist mezcal import business What stands out to me isn't just that they're built, it's that I have no technical background, and I still managed to ship three production-quality sites. That's what makes this exciting: the barrier to entry has genuinely dropped. The economics are just as striking. Commissioning these from an external web developer/agency would have cost me well over $10,000 USD. Doing it myself with Claude Code, I got the same result at a fraction of that, while staying in full control of the design, copy and structure. I also want to give credit where it's due: Nate's videos on YouTube were a huge help in getting me to this point. His walkthroughs made the workflow click and saved me a lot of trial and error. well worth a watch for anyone, especially non-technical folks, wanting to get started. For an early-stage founder with no coding experience, that's not a small detail, it's the difference between launching now and waiting until there's budget. It's a genuine example of AI lowering the barrier to getting a real business online. Happy to do a short walkthrough or share what I learned if anyone's curious. Best, Julio

Felicitaciones @Julio Munoz Salazar! 🥳🔥🚀 Yo tuve una experiencia similar. Me encantó tu idea de Canela. Soy un "coffee snob", y este concepto es fenonemal.

From $64K+ in closed deals to first paid projects, first workflows, and first technical builds - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when builders stop consuming and start moving. Some wins were big money. Some were first steps. Both matter. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Jacob West closed two deals in one week — a $22.5K custom software build for a local gym and a $42K AI OS rollout for a mid-market energy business. 👉 @Luca Giovinazzo delivered his first full client project live — 11 n8n workflows, CRM, Telegram bot, inventory alerts, booking system, KPI tracking, user guide, and Loom walkthrough. 👉 @Fadwa Naboulssi landed her first client three weeks into the community — a candidate sourcing workflow on a $150-per-successful-hire commission. 👉 @George Maitland completed his first technical build using Claude Code + n8n MCP — a local content engine with Telegram as the command center. 👉 @James O Neill built a free portfolio site for a friend-of-a-friend’s side hustle… and she insisted on paying anyway. First real money landed. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Josh Holladay Josh joined AIS+ because he wanted more than scattered learning. He wanted momentum. Focused content. Better access. And a room full of people actually moving. Since joining, he has: - Closed real client work - Built stronger confidence around pricing and value - Used the portfolio course to get clear on where he was and what needed to happen next - Learned how to turn client conversations into real business opportunities - Found a place to celebrate wins with people who actually understand the journey

Congrats everyone! 😁🙌🏼 I’ve interacted with @Josh Holladay in the AIS+ community. He’s one of the most authentic people I’ve virtually met. That community is very tight-knit. Definitely with the investment.
A homeowner's AC dies in August. They grab their phone. What happens in the next 3 seconds is why I built this.
Built something specific I want to share with this community. I'm building in Claude Code. I finished a website template built exclusively for HVAC contractors in Sun Belt markets targeting bilingual (English/Spanish) homeowners. Think about when this matters most. It's mid-August. 95 degrees outside, dewpoint in the low 80s. The house is already at 85 and climbing. A homeowner grabs their phone and searches for HVAC help. If that page takes more than two seconds to load, they're already tapping the next result. Loading speed is equally *critical* as speed to lead. Here's what's baked in that generic templates don't have: - No images above the fold. The hero is text and UI only. Nothing blocking the first paint. - Self-hosted fonts only. No Google Fonts CDN request on load. - Vanilla JS, no frameworks, no jQuery. The page has nothing heavy to pull. - Lighthouse mobile scores: Performance 99, Accessibility 98, SEO 91 - verified. - Persistent bottom phone bar that stays visible on scroll (this is where home service conversions actually happen on mobile) - Pre-qualification form, 3 fields only, built for phone-first customers - Native bilingual build - two fully standalone HTML files with the correct regional Spanish register for Texas markets, not a translated page - Local SEO and AEO schema already in the head: HVACBusiness schema, FAQPage schema, and speakable schema If you have home service clients who serve Hispanic markets and you're not comfortable building this kind of thing yourself, I'm open to a collab convo. You bring the client relationship, we split the build. Also open to licensing the build outright if you'd rather own it. Drop a comment if you're open to a collab convo. cc: @Matthew Sutherland @Yash Chauhan
