Lovely to connect!
Hey, I’m Arps — founder of Limitless Life Secrets and The Parent Playbook. I help ambitious mums build calmer homes, stronger connections, and future-ready kids - without losing themselves in the process. I’m based in the UK with my husband and three kids, and honestly, everything I teach comes straight from real life. The chaos, the guilt, the trying to do it all - I’ve lived it. My work blends science, psychology, intuition and systems that work for modern families. I teach parents how to parent smarter, not harder, and create homes that feel more peaceful and connected every single day. When a mother transforms, the whole family does too. I’m in the season of letting go of perfection and getting results. I want every single thing I create to feel like growth meets grace. I’m done with just inspiring - I want transformation that sticks. My Sunday reset ritual is everything. It’s my sacred pause before the week begins...music on, candle lit, cup of tea in hand. I tidy, reflect, plan, breathe. I reset my home and mind for the week ahead. It’s part self-care, part strategy. Music playing, kids helping, house slowly coming back to life. It reminds me that peace doesn’t just happen - you create it, one small rhythm at a time ā™¾ļø P.s here's a pic of my alignment manifestation I did earlier today! šŸŒŒšŸ”®šŸ’«

Love this @Arps Valji ! So resonant with my experience, too.

@Arps Valji a few things stuck out to me—when I could let go, my kids could, too. And when I was holding onto a lot, everyone in my house felt it. When I start the week with intention and prepping, so much in-between stress disappears.
You’re not unmotivated—you’re depleted!
Before you set big goals for 2026, let’s figure out what’s secretly draining your energy. In this short video, I’m breaking down why most of us are so depleted—and why spotting your personal energy drains is the first (and most powerful) step to changing that. If you want more capacity, creativity, and clarity in 2026, this is where it starts. šŸ‘‡ After you watch the video, grab the quiz that shows you where your energy is going (and how to start taking action to get it back). Take the Quiz!

@Jen Hult so important. It’s an opportunity to assess and then make adjustments. One thing that’s coming up for me is how many options there are to move forward once you know where the drains are. Can it be outsourced? Delegated? Or is there a mindset shift that can make it less draining? So thankful for that first step in taking the quiz. šŸ’›
Three patterns that keep us stuck
Hello! I wanted to take a moment to share a few patterns that show up in life and leadership, and invite you into my free skool community to explore a bit more. In my coaching work, I see three patterns show up again and again: the Over-Prover who keeps doing more to earn what they’ve already achieved, the Drifter who’s pulled in every direction and losing sight of what actually matters, and the Over-Analyzer who’s stuck gathering just a little more data before they can move forward. These aren’t flaws or weaknesses—they’re the predictable traps we fall into when we’re carrying too much complexity alone. If you recognize yourself in any of them, you’re not the only one. That’s exactly why I created the Recentered Leader Collective on Skool: a place to make sense of what you’re navigating, reconnect to what matters, and grow alongside women who are doing the same. Come join us. https://www.skool.com/recentered-leader-collective-7474/about

Biggest takeaways from Wendy's fireside Chat šŸ‘‡šŸ»šŸ‘‡šŸ»
Okay, if you haven't watched @Wendy Breakstone's fireside chat, you definitely should watch the replay here. I feel like I felt with so many nuggets and there were so many moments where I caught myself clapping and hyping along with all of her truth bombs! I think my biggest ones were about AI subscription creep and how easy it is to end up paying WAYYYYYY too much money for your AI subscriptions. But the other thing? Choosing your AI lane and focus - similar to how you'd specialize in marketing or another field. I feel like I felt SOOOO validated byt that! What were your biggest takeaways from that call?

I'm SO GLAD I'm catching the replay. So many good things! I loved this quote: "attention is something we have to learn to earn and evolve." --AI is only as powerful as the knowledge you bring to it. Find your genius, then use AI to operationalize it. --I'm using AI a lot, but probably only for 20% of my business needs. I'm looking forward to continue to build my systems.

@Ellyn Schinke yes!!! That stuck out to me, too.
Hello!!
Hey y’all, I’m Miranda, proud to be here. A little about me… I’ve been on my own since I was 15, and that independence built the kind of grit no classroom could teach. I spent 18 years with Walmart, including 8 as a store manager. My store was a pilot location, which meant I was the ā€œtest dummyā€ (yep, that’s what I called it) for new processes and upgrades like online grocery pickup and front-end redesigns. That experience taught me how to lead through change, train teams under pressure, and turn chaos into strategy. Since then, I’ve carried that same drive into helping others adapt, grow, and win in business, tech, and life. These days, I’m a CPD Accredited Provider/Instructor and AI Coach, building communities like The Digital Front Porch, Back Porch Party, and Digital Porch Academy. My work focuses on helping everyday creators and business owners use AI to save time, make money, and build something lasting. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and learn from all of you too. Let’s make something real together.
