BPC-157
I have been taking oral BPC 157 for about four months, and I can truly say it is helped a lot of my gut issues! I hurt my knee somehow using a knee sleeve that I guess put some kind of pressure on the nerve under the kneecap and the bursa sack so I started injectable also 500 MCG and I believe I’ve had four or five injections daily just once a day except for one day Wednesday of this week I did miss an entire day. The injection site leaves bruises each time. Any idea why? I am on Triz 5mg which I give in the upper thigh area no bruising versus the BPC 157 I was injecting as close to my knee as possible so it’s along the side of my thigh close to my knee joint. I have not noticed any improvement sadly but I would imagine it takes quite some time.

@Sandra Tyree BPC is effective systemically when injected. Doesn't need to be injected near the site, just find a good area of fat.

Gabapentin
I’m taking Tirzepatide can I still take that and gabapentin or what would you recommend for my restless legs

@Holly Bakker there shouldn't be any issues with both used at the same time. I'm aware of several ppl who take gabapentin and Tirz, Cagri, or Reta. Is there anything you've seen that would make you think there's an issue with researching both?

@Diana Francis the only time I would do this is add needed, while studying for a big exam AND while taking the exam. Outside of that, it should be VERY minimal.

Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on these? I'm not sure I can do the injection in the muscle.

Side note... I'm testing out a nasal delivery option to see if it's effective or not. Hopefully it will be, but the molecular size suggests it won't.

@Cindy Covington I literally just ordered this from another company to see if it's worth it :) and see if there's something that will make it more tolerable

@Andrea Major if you're at a high risk of cancer/tumora (i.e. both parents had them with no clear environmental causation or you've had them in your lifetime), then it's best to work with your doctor on these options. If you're targeting fast loss, a very effective and lower risk option is SLUBAM, which I started researching about 2 months ago, and now have included it in my daily stack.
