6x 250m/2’ then 4x 10’/2’
Thought the workout was 6 intervals…. 🤣 And added 4x 10’ for funsies. Super against current and wind and choppy on the first few intervals. The last one was done in a sheltered area so much more accurate I’d say. OC blade. Would like to learn how to be more powerful on the off side 🙌
