Some items attached of Pepper’s continuous growth. We also took her to a busy department store yesterday where she did really well beyond our expectations.

Hi all, Pepper is developing irritation/red marks on her neck where the e-collar prongs sit that look like they’ll turn into sores at some point, and we’re curious if any dogs have experienced this and what recommendations there are to remedy it. Some things we do already; • Keeping the collar one notch looser when inside so it can have some air moving freely around her neck • Rotate the collar to opposite sides throughout the day • Having the appropriate size prongs on the collar to match the length of her hair Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pepper is having issues staying in her crate throughout the night. Last night she woke up at 1am crying until someone goes in the room. The night before she was crying at 4am. It’s hard when I have to be up early for work. How can we fix this?

Before starting at Arsenal Pepper was not able to look at any dog near us without barking and lunging. She is now able to continue enjoying her walk while noticing dogs! We were even able to walk by a dog park with her still focused on her walk.
