3 priorities I’m locked in on 2026. 1. Systems: I’m actively building SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to make sure everything is not centered around my brain or skill set. 2. Communication: Our clients and Staff deserve to be in the know. I’m working on consistent forms of communication to them. 3. @Russ Collins yes. We moved to a more rural part of Texas that has tons of weddings, but everyone has already established their relationships and preferred vendors. It's going to be a long hard grind. 😆
