Rules on cold calling in Dubai?

I saw a video on instagram from underdog sales and he was cold calling in dubai. I asked him if its illegal and he said there are rules but not illegal. I knew calling in dubai is illegal. It would be very good for me to be able to do it so can anyone explain under what circumstances I can do it?

@Vincenzo Ferrera No secret but starving can help. Just kidding, am thankfully not in that situation. I believe practicing stoicism is helpful. It's my job and if I'm unhappy I can just change, so while I'm doing it I might as well do my best.

Fun game: Guess the product of the cold caller

RULES: 1. Post a (funny) GIF that describes best the product you're selling without saying. 2. The others need to guess the product. 3. The 1st person who is right, is next to post a GIF (author must give feedback if someone is right or very close) and... 4. must also nominate another person who starts to post a GIF and nominates someone 5. Cold calling hiring managers

If you were advising a cold call newbie, what key point would you recommend they focus on when cold calling a hiring manager?

1. Controle your tone – it doesn't matter what you say if you say it in a salesy tone 2. Never pitch unless allowed 3. Assume you know your prospects pain points – they'll correct you Bonus – don't introduce yourself. Some cold callers are still successful doing it but I personally prefer waiting until my prospect asks me "who are you anyway?" Hope that helps!
