Just did this exercise! Really enjoyed it! Especially good for me because I'm trying to get my pushups down this year! Something I've always lacked on but always wanted! I ended up doing a light run and a quick core exercise to finish it off!

Birthday morning workout!
Definitely morning workouts are the best for me! You get to put it out of your program first thing in the morning and you’re full of endorphins that make you feel happy and full of energy to face the day ! I’m on a working trip and using the hotel facilities. Never book a hotel without fitness room 😀 And today is my birthday 💪

Smashing Saturday. Day 18
So this morning I hit a huge milestone for myself and feeling pretty good about it. Thanks to Jonah and his support and efforts I have managed to hit the “normal” range on this scale I have that measures multiple things in your body. This also puts me down 20 pounds with Jonah. This challenge does work everyone! We’ve got this!

Whoops....getting back on the horse!
My workload and other issues got the better of me and I had a couple of days of falling off the horse. So I'm restarting my 45 days in accordance with the rules! Not feeling disappointed or anything, it was what it was, but it also gave me some time to get rid of some stressors (many more still to go over the next couple of pressured weeks) and some lessons for the future on what to watch out for. What doesn't kill you at least needs to teach you something because making you stronger isn't the same as living better!
