I wish someone told me that confidence doesn’t come before you start it comes after you keep showing up, even when you feel unsure. When I was starting out, I thought I had to know everything right away. Now I realize that growth comes from asking questions, making mistakes, staying teachable, and not comparing your journey to someone else’s. The beauty industry has so many layers, and every season teaches you something different.

I’m currently in a season of growth and alignment. I’ve been focusing more on beauty education, content creation, mentorship, and becoming more intentional with the direction I’m building for myself. This month, I’m working on showing up with more confidence, being intentional with the projects I say yes to, and continuing to grow into the version of myself that can lead, teach, and make an impact in the beauty industry.
✂️ MONDAY — WHAT'S IN YOUR TOOLKIT?
Every stylist has that one technique, that one method, that one approach that completely changed their results. The thing that clicked and never un-clicked. Stylists — what is yours? A blowout method. A curl technique. The way you section. How you consult. The product you always reach for. Whatever it is — drop it below. Let's build a resource this community can actually use. 👇

The technique that changed my results was slowing down my blowout prep. I focus on clean sections, controlling the roots first, and using the right product before heat. Adios Frizz is one I reach for because humidity is always a factor here in Florida. The finish is always better when the foundation is right.

I wish someone told me that the service doesn’t end when the client leaves the chair. What they use at home can either protect the result or undo it. Teaching home care is part of the service, not an extra.
☀️ Summer Hair Goals — Drop Yours, Stylists Let's Solve Them!
Summer is here — and so are the hair struggles that come with it. We're talking humidity, heat, chlorine, saltwater, color fade, frizz that won't quit, and styles that were holding on just fine in April but have completely given up in June. So, let's do something about it. Beauty lovers: What is your biggest hair goal this summer? Be specific. Is it finally taming the frizz? Growing out your ends without them breaking off? Finding a stylist you actually trust? Getting a keratin treatment but not knowing where to start? Drop it in the comments. Stylists: You've got the floor. Read what the beauty lovers are dealing with and respond. Give them your honest take, your recommendation, your professional opinion. This is exactly what this community was built for — the two sides of the chair finally talking to each other. No gatekeeping. No jargon. Just real answers from real professionals. Drop your summer hair goal or your solution below. 👇 ❤️

@Sam Rodriguez Florida humidity is no joke, especially with 3B curls. I wouldn’t rely on a leave-in by itself because that gives moisture, but not always enough frizz control or structure. I would think of the routine as moisture + frizz protection + hold. On wash day, I’d start with the Hypersilk Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner to keep the hair hydrated and smooth. Then, while the hair is still very wet, apply your leave-in first, spray Adios Frizz through the mids and ends, comb or rake it through for even distribution, then scrunch in a lightweight gel or mousse for hold. After that, diffuse on low heat or air-dry, but try not to touch the curls until they’re fully dry. For summer, the key is layering light products instead of loading the hair with heavy product. Adios Frizz helps with humidity and frizz control, but if your curls need more staying power, that gel or mousse step after your leave-in will make a big difference.
