Stop Living on Takeout… Please!!
Creators, especially early on, spend so much time grinding… You’re building. Thinking. Working. Food becomes an afterthought. Not because you don’t care — because you don’t have the bandwidth. So what happens? šŸ‘‰ You order šŸ‘‰ You grab something quick šŸ‘‰ You tell yourself you’ll cook ā€œlaterā€ And ā€œlaterā€ becomes… most of the week. It’s not that you don’t know food matters. It’s that you don’t have a system that makes it easy. Because once takeout becomes the default… it stays the default. Most people don’t actually need recipes. They need a few solid meals they can make without thinking. Something simple. Repeatable. Reliable. So they’re not living off takeout and frozen dinners. I’ve been talking to a few guys about this and put something simple together: From Takeout to Real Meals (30 Days) Not a big program. Just helping you build a few go-to meals and actually feel confident in the kitchen. If that’s something you’ve been meaning to fix, I’m happy to share what I’m building.

I agree, I still believe 1 day of the week for take-outs, but I know people who have 2-3 take outs a week...If u know what you are doing you can prepare the ingredients or slow cook the food or bulk prep...I cringe on the amount of money they spend on take outs
