Ive been having a lot of fun creating art in a spritual state of mind, I've always been plaged with perfectionism when it comes to my art, leaving projects uncompleted for fear of making mistakes, always being my harshest critic. But lately I have found the ability to complete and revisit abandoned projects with a sense of freedom. No longer obsessed with perfection im just creating for creativity sake and for clarity in my mind after a long day. I wanted to share what I made this week, a piece for my entryway to set intentions at the entrance to my home, and a pagan calender following the wheel of the year so I can easily remember the sacred days I wish to incorporate into my practice, and a littles ketch inspired by coffee stains from my morning cuppa✨️☀️🌙🌎

I decided to play around with trying spell work last night 🌙 I created a personal sigil for Growth. Then using a burnt stick of Palo Santo, red candle wax and ashes from an incense stick to create some stream of consciousness art. I went in with black ink to add some details afterwards and I like how it came out :)

I combine the moon cycles and numerology in my business and daily planning. Right now we are in a waning moon. Since it's spring & waning moons are for preparation. Preparing the soil for the seeds you will plant on the new moon. Getting rid of the old junk & garbage that's blown in on winter storms. The world is in a 10 2+0+2+6 year which makes this a universal 6 month. 6 as you know is kindness, community & family. Starting a community garden is a great way to move through this may. While doing some personal work/writing this stream of thoughts came through. I've been getting in touch with my own personal Pagen spiritually and trying to develop a deeper connection with my Goddess. It feels like these words are a gifted blessing she has sent me ✨️ I am strong even when at rest. I am strong always, not only in duress. I am a fighter who is allowed to lay down sword and shield. I am a survivor with eternal permission to yield. To step back. To walk away. To tell my opponent I'm not fighting today.
