Books that changed your life

If you're interested in psychology and why people do things that seem crazy, "Influence" by Robert B Chialdini is such a deep, amazing book, I often find myself telling people about different concepts from it.

Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss- At it's core it's about negotiating, but it touches on empathy, communication, understanding your frame, their frame.... From an FBI negotiator that perfected the craft in the front lines. I literally ordered this book from Amazon 3 times, and gave it to people. I think everyone that is in business, or is a parent, or simply has a job should read this book. So valuable.
