What use cases are you using agentic voice to solve?
I was wondering what use cases anyone has been using agentic voice for in their sales process? We are hearing about various ones related to: - Inbound SDR pre qualification before transferring to a human SDR - Outbound SDR pre qualification before transferring to a human SDR - Automated self service sales with an option for transferring to a human sales agent - Inbound post sales support - Outbound post sales upsell support - Outbound post sales customer surveys - Old fashion inbound IVR replacement (including language selection) before transferring to a human agent - Outbound appointment reminders (doctors, lawyers, installation tech, etc.) All of these seem to help both the sales process and improve customer experience for better LTV To repeat the question what use cases anyone has been using agentic voice for in their sales process? And what results are you seeing?
