Red Lentil Crackers
1 tbsp coconut oil 90 g red lentils (or your serving size) pink Himalayan salt seasoning ideas: rosemary, red paprika, garlic pepper Soak lentils for 3 hours. Drain and pulse in food processor/ blender until paste like (add water as needed) Spread evenly on parchment paper and season Bake at 350 degrees Flip over after 15 minutes Bake until pliable for pizza crust Bake until crisp for crackers This is still a work in process. I tripled this recipe and then divided into serving sizes. Freezes well. Perfect for meals on the go. Let me know what you think and improvement ideas!

Definitely going to try this! Sounds so good! I'm gluten free and i've definitely been missing my crackers, this sounds like a great alternative!
Frequency
The most common question that I get, is about frequency. People always wanna know how often they should be going to the bathroom. The quick and easy answer is at least once every 24 hours, but if it was once every 36 hours, that wouldn’t be the end of the world either. Note: changes to your nutrition, and your fibre content will absolutely change frequency in the beginning or initial phases. In some cases, we need to supplement with magnesium citrate to keep fight frequency changes.
