Professional visuals — Clean design and a warm photo of me helped build trust right away. 3. Easy next steps — I removed the confusion by making it super clear how to reach out or book a discovery call. 4. Trust signals — I added client testimonials and shared specific ways I support career pivots and life transitions. It wasn’t fancy just focused and intentional. And it helped me go from being “just another coach online” to someone people were ready to trust and book with. When I first heard Russell say this in his training, it hit me hard. I realized I had been overcomplicating my business... chasing tactics, tools, and random strategies. That one phrase made me stop and think: what if all I really needed was the right funnel, built the right way? So I made the decision to build my funnel immediately after that training.
