So exciting! 🫶
Why Repetition Isn’t Boring — It’s What Builds Confidence 🧠🏀
One of the most important parts of training — and one of the most overlooked — is repetition. A lot of players want to skip straight to flashy moves or advanced drills, but the truth is this: confidence comes from doing the same things over and over until they’re automatic. Repetition isn’t about being perfect. It’s about building the muscle memory that shows up when the game is fast, the pressure is on, and there’s no time to think. So if your child ever says “we already did this,” that’s actually a good sign. Because great players don’t need variety — they need mastery. 💬 I’d love to hear from you — have you noticed your child becoming more confident in games since training started? Drop a comment below with what you’ve seen!

@Taylor Bryant she would love that! I will let you know when we get the schedule.
Hey 12:48 Training Fam! 🏀💪
Basketball is all about growth, both on and off the court. One thing I always tell my athletes is that progress isn’t just about skill—it's about mindset too. 🧠 Encouraging your athlete to stay focused, embrace the grind, and celebrate the small wins can make all the difference in their development. 🌱 That mental toughness? It’s what sets the great players apart from the good ones. What’s one thing you've seen your athlete improve on in their game that you’re most proud of? Or maybe a mindset shift you’ve noticed that’s made a difference? Drop your thoughts in the comments below! 👇 Let’s keep inspiring each other! 🙌

Harleigh is still working through this, but making big strides on moving on from mistakes on the court. She used to end up in tears every game and she is learning how to embrace progress and not expect perfection every game.

@William Good goldfish!! I love that! Thank you for sharing that! I am using it!
Welcome to 12:48 Training, Harleigh 🎉🏀
We’re pumped to have Harleigh join the 12:48 family! She’s already bringing the heat with her defense, speed, adaptability, and a coachable attitude that makes her a joy to work with. We’ll be locking in on two big areas to help take her game to the next level — shooting and ball handling. She’s got the hustle and the love for the game, and now it’s time to build on that foundation and level up. Let’s go, Harleigh! Your growth starts here. @Amanda Knittel
