BIG TIME SAVER INBOUND!!! So @John Pogue turned me onto this thing called Notebook LM. It's an AI tool. Bottom line: He took 99 different resources (video, pdfs, transcripts, websites, etc.) and put it ALL together into this 7:05 video/audio. The podcast I posted was like an hour and half long. Most people don't have time for that... so, please watch/listen to this here and comment, "DONE!" So I know who is SERIOUS about collectively raising capital for their own real estate deals. It will make sense after you watch/listen to it. Again... big thanks to John! So there seem to be TWO types here.. 1. The raucous, insane, all night, into the WEE hours of the night where people don't "get back up" until past noon. I definitely DO NOT fall into this category. 2. The chill, let's celebrate but we have things to do tomorrow type. Which are you? Have you really thought about it?
