Currently sitting at Las Ramblas waiting for a friend and it got me thinking... As someone who grew up in Barcelona but spent 13 years away, I'm curious how you all feel about the classic tourist spots here. Do you ever actually hang out at places like Las Ramblas, Park Güell, sagrada famlia or the Gothic Quarter with friends? Or are they just "tourist zones" you actively avoid? I'm in this weird middle ground where I'm technically local again but also seeing the city with fresh eyes. Some of these spots hit different when you're not rushing through them with a camera. What do you think? Are there any "tourist traps" that you think are actually worth it?
