Day 12-16
After getting sick for a week I'm finally getting back on track. I mostly did gratitude meditations for the sick days and today I did a mindful walk. It was perfect after my sickness. Feeling all the things like doubled.✨
Day 11
I did my meditation after a little yoga session and that felt good as double dose. Experimenting with different kinds and times so that I can find my routine. ✨ Hope everyone has a great day!
Day 1-10✨
I'm here after 10 days, I started doing my meditations 1st of march actually but I was on a little break at the same time, travelled to my hometown. I couldn't open the app properly while I was in Turkey - i don't know if it's something about the country restrictions or something, I succeed once or twice then gave up🤦🏻‍♀️ I was planning to go with the cultivate a daily meditation but did other meditations or just did my gratitude meditation with breathing exercises until come back home. As of now, I felt really good about doing this every day. Especially when on this vacation, cause the city wasn't calm, it was chaotic and after a busy and rushed day with impatient people, I did my daily meditation and i felt like grounded again. Now I'm here and I'll continue posting my daily journey.✨

Married and have a cat named Coco.🐱 I’m an introvert (INFJ) who loves books, drawing, journaling, and basically anything creative I can get my hands on. I joined here because I want to push myself out of my comfort zone a bit (otherwise I’ll only realise after three weeks that I’ve been happily hiding with my books again🥲).
