Wt: 213.7 BF: 21.1% Let’s go!!! Down 2 lbs this week finally! Feeling leaner. It was a tough week because I could not go to the gym, but I did sled workouts in the yard, rode my bike places, did P90x core workouts, and hiked in the mountains.

Wt: 215.8 lb BF: 21.5% I am continuing to work hard in training and nutrition. I continue to make substantial progress in my training, and I continue to feel awesome. I’ve been out of town the last two weeks which is why I missed the scheduled check ins. I know I am making progress, even if the body weight has stalled a bit. I have put on muscle, and I’ll continue to do so more than likely. How’s everybody doing?! I’d love to hear from more people on here. @McKay Francis , how you doing brother? @Shawn Vierra , how’s the battle in your crazy life?

235.5 lbs 27.1% BF Lots of distractions have come with Spring. Less food planning, less tracking- but a lot more physical activity. Trying to stay balanced and push good meals and protein goals.

Wt: 216.4 BF: 21.6% Missed my check in last week as I was in St. George fire a baseball tournament. My boys brought home the gold and that was awesome. I’ve been sticking to the plan. I truly feel amazing. My weight is down a touch from last weigh in, but I am building muscle I can feel and see it. I trained my butt off this week.

Wt: 216.6 BF: 21.6% Backslid a bit for the 2nd week in a row. Fighting a mental battle since the 215 mark has been a spot I get stuck the last few years when I try to drill down on my nutrition and exercise. I know that the last two weeks I track macros really well from morning until 6 PM, then I tend to shoot from the hip, and that’s not always a good idea when I’m hungry end of day. I’m going to keep checking in because it’s my only accountability. On the positive side, I am feeling stronger and healthier still, and I’m starting to see significant gains in the weight and reps I’m pushing. Endurance is better, and I’m still in a good place overall. I’d just like to torch more body fat, so I’ll drill down and get back to it.
