@Mindy Molein @Niklas Schröer for solving this problem we need the **log files**. So if you right-click on the catknows application on your desktop the second option in the menu is "display package content" or sth. like that. Then you get a folder where you select "Resources/" and then "tmp/" and there are your logfiles. Can you send me those log files?
