I wrote a poem about my feelings as I walk in meditation this morning + I added the words in Chinese as they convey my feelings truly..... If you want to translate to other languages, please do my friends 🙏 As I walk, I walk in peace当我走，我平和地走 One step at a time, one step at a time一步一个脚印，一步一个脚印 No priorities, no judgment, no destination没有重点，没有评判，没有目的地 Just walking in peace, walking in peace只是平和地走，平和地走 My feet touch the ground, I’m home, I’m home我的脚接触到地面，我回家了，我回家了 At home, in love and in awe of Mother Earth在大地的爱与敬畏中回到家 She saves me, provides for me, and protects me.她拯救我，供养我并保护我。 The mother of all, our keeper, our life所有的母亲，我们的守护者，我们的生命 One step at a time, one step at a time—she她一步一个脚印，一步一个脚印 The rays of the sun caress my skin, awakening my senses and lighting my way.太阳的光线爱抚着我的皮肤，唤醒我的感觉，照亮我的路。 The wind gently cools my brow, filling my lungs with compassion and love.风轻轻地凉爽我的额头，填满我的内心与爱。 Birds sing in the trees, their games of love on wings above, flying so high, touching the sky.鸟儿在树上歌唱，他们爱的游戏在翅膀之上，飞得很高，触碰天空。 As I walk in peace, one step at a time, making my way through life.当我平和地走，一步一个脚印走过生活。 I stop, close my eyes, and just be.我停下来，闭上双眼，保持此刻。 Listening to the world that surrounds me,聆听我周围的世界。 The bees gently working their magic, passing the love from bud to bud.蜜蜂轻轻地施展魔法，从一个蓓蕾到另一个蓓蕾传递着爱。 The flowers in bloom, their scent—pure passion and love.盛开的花朵，香气弥漫，纯粹的激情与爱。 My breath is slow, in and out, in and out, my mind empty of thought, pure calm.我的呼吸很慢，吸气，呼气，我的意念空灵，完全平静。 Aware of my surroundings, a joy to behold, a picture of joy unfolding before me.意识到周围的美好，快乐的画面在我面前展开。 A wonderful world with so much to offer, plenty for everyone, and free for us all.一个美妙的世界，有如此多的美好，供每个人享用，完全免费。 If only we could all walk in peace, walk in peace.如果我们都能平和地走，平和地走。 One step at a time, one step at a time.一步一个脚印，一步一个脚印。 Our world is forever changing, one step at a time, one step at a time.我们的世界永远在变化，一步一个脚印，一步一个脚印。 On the road to peace, the road to peace.在通往和平的道路上，和平之路。 A new world of happiness, of love, peace, and joy is unfolding.一个幸福的、充满爱、和平与喜悦的新世界正在展开。
