Hello everyone! I'm Stephan from Germany. I'm a vocational school teacher 👨🏫 and teach my students various breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques in class. I first started using breathing techniques 2 years ago after a burnout. I then came across a documentary by Stig, but because of my poor knowledge of English I decided not to train as a trainer. However, I am still interested in breathing and its effects, other tools for myself, my colleagues and my trainees. In recent years I have worked with Wim Hof and Sandy techniques, as well as meditation and bodywork. Now I'm here again to take on the challenge. 😉
