I set a goal for myself to really commit to emailing my list every day this week. And got a sale every time I sent one..... And trying not to beat myself up too much for not taking action like this sooner! 📖 Book recommendation
Following @Wendy Venema idea about books I would like to share a book that changed my life for the better. It's called "Who moved my Cheese" by Spencer Johnson, M.D., first published in 1998. The idea behind it... is to help the reader to embrace change and the fact that someone always "will move your cheese". (Cheese represents what's important for you a job, money, career, relationships etc). It's written in an engaging way and its going to capture your attention from start to finish.... 📖 P.S I am reading it again and again when life get's out of order 😁

Yes I liked this book too. We had it as part of a team training a few years back and it's a quick read 😁
Store credits
Looking for some advice and your opinion. I want to start working with some kind of store credits. I want this to be bigger then an affiliate system, so I want people to be able to earn credits for buying certain products in certain periods, or when they send me a new customer, or when they share a launch etc. I was going to create this by generating coupon codes that the customer can use on any product in my shop, but unfortunately my software doesn't allow me to add the same coupon code to multiple products. This means I have to come up with a work around and I need your opinion about that: If you were to buy a product from me and with that product receive some store credits. Would you be okay by checking out my shop, emailing me the product you want, receiving a custom coupon code from me and then buy the product? I think this could be a real no-go for my customers and it would make it very easy to say 'too bad for the credit, but this is too much of an effort'.

Hmmm. I feel like this is a lot of work. If I'm remembering correctly Lizzy Goddard has a training about store credit but she did it manually at first where someone had to email to claim/use the credit. She would just give the person access instead of issuing a coupon code. I'm sure Sage has a link she could share.
Sale discount?
I’m thinking of running a sale in my store, but I’m not quite sure what discount feels right. I want it to feel generous and worthwhile, without going so high that it looks desperate. At the moment, I’m thinking 40% off. What do you think? I intend to do it for Friday 13th for 4 days.
