Hello guys, I appreciate you allowing me to join this community. So recently I've had a lot of things coming forwards from different people and different sources which is talking about asking and communicating with people about what they want. I found this to be really powerful and weirdly enough. I have done it for many years but there's something about it right now that feels bigger like we're "tapping into a collective thought process"... I've also started doing my daily lives again and that's been really empowering because I've enjoyed doing little morning sessions with cardio or stretching or lymphatic drainage or abs or push-ups or pull-ups. Whatever it is. It's just something I found great passion in and I think people appreciate it too but we'll see how it goes. So just wanted to introduce myself. I'm James.
