Tonight we are meeting up for pizza!!!! Volunteering twice tomorrow - wrapping gifts in Cottage Grove at 1 pm and again in Minneapolis at 6 pm Donating to Avivo, supporting families as they transition from homelessness to stability Coming in January: 🌟 New Year, New Joy Brunch - Kick off 2026 with pancakes, connection, and purpose. 🧣 Winter Walk + Coat Drive - Bundle up and give back with us. 💬 MN IRL Brainstorm Night - Help plan the next wave of Minnesota meetups and community impact projects! AND - we are planning events in St. Cloud, Duluth, and raise your hand and we will take the fun on the road to a city near you! @Lex Garza one of our amazing members sent me this: Hello and good afternoon! I am currently in need of volunteers to wrap gifts from a statewide toy drive. I had a lot of people offer from the neighborhood but many have not been able to make it to the current date and time set. Friday at 6pm at the Brownstone Jazz Club - 1420 W 28th St, Minneapolis, MN 55408. Do you believe maybe I could ask for help with this group? I currently only have a group of 6 to wrap 300-500 gifts in 2 hours which seems a bit far fetched. We really need help! 🙏 This is EXACTLY why we started this community. This is what joy-in-action looks like. ✨ 300–500 gifts. 2 hours. 6 people. You know what that means? We need to turn the Twin Cities into Santa’s most efficient, joy-filled wrapping squad. We did it!!!!!! We brought online Skool into IRL!!! We weren’t the first (or second or even third) to take Skool offline, but we’re following the incredible example set by those who did - bringing this community to life in FRIGID MN! 🥶🥶🥶 Our Wild Goose Chase was our first adventure, but it was so much more than a meet-up. It was connection. It was laughter. It was proof that Skool isn’t just an online platform - it’s a living, breathing community. @Jeffrey Saathoff and @Stephanie Saathoff were amazing hosts!!!! (Oh and if you need a super cool hat for winter you NEED to see Stephanie’s creations!) And I want to thank @Goose Dunlavey and @Tony Loew for leading the way and helping to start to movement in so many cities across the world! So - here’s to the movement. Here’s to the people. And here’s to Skool - where community comes alive. 💛 AND - if you are in Minneapolis on Thursday join us at Pizza Luce in Roseville. So many more memories to make!
