One of the simplest ways to give more than you take in MALC or any community is to reward the people who are showing up, sharing wins, asking honest questions, posting recipes, and offering encouragement to others is a simple “like” or a “like and a comment”. I’ve noticed in a lot of communities (and it can happen anywhere), we read a great post, we might even comment… but we don’t always hit the like. And I get it—sometimes we’re moving fast, sometimes we forget. But that one small click can mean more than you think. A like is a gentle way of saying: - “I see you.” - “I’m proud of you.” - “That helped me.” - “Thank you for sharing in this space.” So here’s the little habit I’m practicing, if I’m moved enough to comment, or if someone’s post/comment helped me, inspired me, taught me something, or made me feel less alone—I take one second and like it too. That’s how we keep MALC members feel they are supportive, safe, uplifting circle it’s meant to be!
