ListKit: List Building + Sequencer in One Platform
Most cold email workflows look like this: - Find leads in one tool - Download a CSV - Import it into a verifier - Wait a few hours - Download again - Import into a sequencer - Finally launch It's tedious and it eats up more time than you want to admit Listkit fixes most of that You search for leads inside the platform, it verifies the emails automatically in the background through a triple verification process, and you launch the campaign from the same dashboard No importing/exporting CSVs from different platfomrs The search functions and filters are solid, the email engine is essentially a sequencer built in, so you can connect inboxes, build sequences, and manage replies all from one place It's not going to replace Clay for serious list building and enrichment work But for straightforward prospecting workflows where you want everything in one place, it's worth looking at Also love how simple the platform looks and how it focuses on the fundamental features. So many sequencers are filled with features that just create confusion when all you want to do is set up a simple campaign Full ListKit walkthrough attached here Sign up for ListKit: https://www.listkit.io/?ref=beanstalk

Mimecast
Hey @Dean Fiacco if mimecast keep blocking my emails (i'm sending to 5 different prospects from 5 different companies but all has mimecast), what does it mean?

It's normal to see high bounce rates on mimecast emails now @John Tay . We now remove mimecast leads from campaigns and use other channels (linkedin, cold calling) to reach out to them. Mimecast probably made some software updates that allows them to block incoming emails from new domains
Email deliverability issues - how to spot them and fix them asap
Hello everyone. I want to learn more about email deliverability issues, how to spot them and fix them. Is there a general blueprint, testing diagnosis checklist to go through these? Also since I am not tracking open rates and clicking rates I am merely going based on reply rate as to consider if my campaigns are having such issues, and how to spot them on time to fix them. Really appreciate any advice on this!

@Alberto Palmero Canton inbox placement tests can be inaccurate someetimes, don't fully rely on them. If you see a decrease in reply rates over time, it signals a copy fingerprinting or deliverability issue, but it's not necessarily due to your inboxes. Sometimes, at high volumes, we've seen certain words, the signature, or keywords in the outreach domains we're using get flagged. If you're just starting out, you don't have a deliverability issue if you see 0.7% reply rate. If your reply rate drastically decreases from where it was, that can signal an issue. Check out this video I made here on the two most common deliverability issues we see: https://youtu.be/EelBUm4-iEI?si=QsnWZoDuYtil_OgP
Query regarding Scaledmail package
Hey @Dean Fiacco , I recently purchased the Scaledmail package with 1000 emails/day sending capacity on weekdays, with 50% Google & 50% Microsoft configuration. I have a few questions- 1. I run a Web design agency, and I want to send Loom videos to businesses that have outdated website, showing them a newly built website for their business. I want to send the loom video in the first follow-up email (not the initial email), regardless of whether the business responds to my initial email or not. I want to test this approach; if my domains get burned within one month, I'm simultaneously purchasing a similar package and keep them warming up so I can switch to them if this happens. Now, I can't send the Loom video link thumbnail hosted on the official Loom domain (as the ESP's will flag those emails as spam), so I was thinking of hosting them on website pages within the individual domains that I've purchased for cold email in the package itself. I'll need to create a custom website for each domain, and the Loom videos will be hosted within the webpages of those domains. Now my question is, while proceeding to setup domains and mailboxes after purchasing the package, should I keep the domain redirect option blank, so that the domain dosen't redirect to the main domain? 2. I have 2 team members but they wont be taking any meetings, so do i need to create all mailboxes by my name (incase of 25 mailboxes in microsoft, should i create all the mailboxes under my name?)

1. Yes, if you plan on hosting a unique landing page on each of your outreach domains, keep the domain forwarding turned off and don't forward to your main website 2. It's fine to keep them all under your name. We recommend to diversify your sender names at higher volumes for deliverability purposes but at your volume it's fine to keep one name
