✨ An Insight I Keep Coming Back To…
I’ve been noticing how often women think they’re “stuck” because they lack motivation… But most of the time, it isn’t motivation at all. It's emotional exhaustion, the kind that makes your inner voice shift from guidance to pressure. And when that happens, the Saboteur patterns get louder… not because we’re failing, but because the brain is trying to protect us. Sometimes the most aligned next step…isn’t doing more or pushing harder; it's listening deeper. Curious ✨ What helps you reconnect with your inner calm when life feels full?

Oh this hit hard. Yes 100% emotional exhaustion- is can relate to that. Exercise is one thing that helps me connect with my inner calm.

@Lorri-Lynn Roche walking is probably by far the best and it's just so easy to do.And I can get outside in fresh air
The December Pattern
I’ve noticed something this month: The women I coach aren’t struggling with food… They’re struggling with the inner voice that tells them they’re failing. December reveals those patterns so clearly. ✨I’m curious What inner dialogue are you most aware of right now

For me it’s the whisper of you should be handling this better. It pops up fast, especially on the tired days. I’m noticing it more lately, which weirdly feels like progress.
What's your December Focus?
If you were going to have the best month of your business in December, what would you be focusing on? And then when do you take a break? Curious how this works for all of you?

My december focus is to finish the content for my paid tier. And then run a challenge with meta adds to my paid tier.
✨The 5-Minute AI Ritual That Makes Your Week Feel Lighter ✨🤖
If your week feels like a swirl of sticky notes, half-finished thoughts, and calendar chaos… here’s something that might help you breathe again. I’ve been playing with a tiny AI ritual that takes me about five minutes and turns a messy to-do list into something surprisingly calm and doable. And I thought I’d share it here in case it helps you, too. No tech skills needed. No “perfect prompts.”Just a messy brain, a couple screenshots, and ChatGPT. You’ll get two things: • a clear list of organized time blocks to work from, • and an optional image of your week with those blocks placed right onto a calendar. Here’s how it works. 👇 Step 1️⃣: Upload your chaos Grab your weekly plan. It can be a photo of your handwritten brain dump, a screenshot of your calendar, or you can even hit the mic button in chatGPT and do a braindump right there into the chat. Drop them all into one ChatGPT message. You don’t need to clean anything up. Messy is perfect. Step 2️⃣: Use this prompt to organize your week Copy + paste this prompt right into ChatGPT: Here are my inputs. Please review them and organize all tasks into time blocks of 3 hours or less. Add an estimated time beside each item. For priority, sort tasks in this order: 1. Tasks that are already scheduled or connected to fixed commitments 2. Items marked as high priority, important, or time sensitive 3. All remaining tasks, sorted by the effort, focus, or energy they require Please give me a clear, simple “choose-your-own-blocks” menu. ChatGPT will give you a clear “menu” of tasks organized by priority and energy so you can choose what fits each day. Step 3️⃣: (Optional) Turn that list into an actual weekly schedule If you like a more structured week, copy + paste this prompt right into ChatGPT: Using the blocks you created, please make a weekly schedule: • Fit the blocks into my real calendar that I uploaded • Keep each block under 3 hours • Do not schedule anything from 8 pm to 7 am • Put high-energy tasks earlier in the day

@Brenda Rigney Aw, Brenda, I appreciate that. 😃Filming it for this community made me remember why I started using this in the first place. It pulled me right back into that moment of noticing how much calmer everything felt when it wasn’t all in my head. The first shift was definitely less overwhelm. Once the week was laid out in little pieces, the priorities were so much easier to see.
