I’m from St. Louis, Missouri, and I run the 100 Walks Club here on Skool — a community for people who want to feel more like themselves again through mindful walking. It started as a way to heal my own heart after loss, and it’s grown into a space for anyone in a tender season who wants to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with life again. ✨ #1 – Who I work with: I create walking-based programs for people who feel disconnected — from themselves, nature, or joy — and want a gentle way to come back to life. It’s not about fitness or miles; it’s about slowing down enough to actually feel again. 🌙 #2 – Where I’m craving more clarity: Right now, I’m figuring out how to balance heart and growth — keeping things meaningful and true to what started all this, while also turning it into something that can fully support me. ☕ #3 – My grounding ritual: A quiet walk — no music, no phone, just noticing the world around me. That’s where I reset, untangle my thoughts, and usually come back home with a little more peace (and way too many leaf photos). #4 -> When I can walk in converse I do :) Don't get me wrong - I love a good hiking boot but converse let me feel the ground more. Can’t wait to meet everyone here — I love spaces where people are honest about where they are and what they’re building.
