I came in high energy, no excuses and ready to fire off on all cylinders then real life hit, I realized I’m in this on my own, and pitching a “soft skill” can mess with your mental state because you can’t necessarily guarantee results or an outcome. With that, I have found it hard to be 100% concrete on a singular focused target. BUT I’m still showing up and watching modules, and reviewing my pitches to be able to make them natural to me. Hopefully before too much more time passes I’ll be able to say I’ve sent my first round of pitches with confidence and a strategy.

Today, my husband and I took off in the middle of the day—not because something went wrong at work… but because something was beautifully right at home. It was our daughter’s birthday. We have a lot to do to get ready for the Chicago tour this week. A lot of logistics, prep, emails, and moving pieces to handle. But we still cleared our schedules. We cooked her breakfast together. Dropped her off at school—together. Then returned later with a white box of cupcakes… and a real-life princess we hired to lead activities with her and her classmates. Her face lit up the moment she saw us. That joy? It reminded me exactly why we do what we do. After school, we picked her up—side by side—and now we’re chasing her around an indoor playground, soaking up every moment. Because no matter how full our plates are, we will always make room for what matters most. We didn’t build this business to get lost in it. We built it to have the freedom to show up fully—especially for our family. Cupcakes, cartwheels, and quality time… all because we own our time. Here’s something I’ve learned over the years; Always remember: your values should lead your vision. And your family should never have to fight your business for first place.

You’re not behind. Keep going. Here’s a prayer for the person who feels like it’s taking too long: Dear Lord, I come to You on behalf of my brother or sister who feels like it’s taking too long. Like they’re being constantly overlooked or picked last. Like maybe they’ll never see the fruits of their labor in this lifetime. They need validation—but not from who they might think. God, I pray You touch them and give them strength to keep showing up. Give them peace as they wait. Give them courage to believe again. Remind them that You are not slow to keep Your promises. You are strategic, intentional, and always on time. Let them know they are not forgotten. Let them feel seen today. Let them feel You today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Look, them folks don’t care for real. lol Set high goals. Break glass ceilings. Do what YOU actually want to do. Love people - yes, but don’t let their thoughts of you become your personal prison 💅💅 I’ve been embarrassed publicly and I’ve always recovered. I have a 100% success rate and guess what I keep going higher and higher 🤷🏽‍♀️ Everyone isn’t supposed to get you .
