Personally I wouldn't run it without having 6-10 YouTube videos up to build up some initial trust. These can be used in you pre call seq aswell. 2-3 years ago it was much easier to get cold traffic to buy, but today imo even if you have a good email seq and you send the all the sms reminders it's somewhat irrelevant if they aren't sold on you, and your system. Speaking purely from experience you can try and force and offer on cold traffic and a percentage of them will buy, but you'll be doing all the work on the sales call (which is super stressful) and you'll end up burning through way more ad budget then if you spend some time building the foundation (long-form) before launching it.
