Happy Day! I have been interested in calisthenics for a while, I would love to be able to do a pistol squat. Everything else will be a bonus and really cool, but the pistol squat has my heart!😍 My current goal for the short term, is to just do something everyday to get the momentum going. I am no stranger to exercise, I switch up the type from time to time, and calisthenics is currently the one pulling my attention.
