I have a client who earns approximately $1M/year in wages. He was originally set up in NY but recently moved in Florida. During our consultation I told him he should move his business to the state of Florida as well and out of NY ASAP! This one thing will help him save on his wages ($40k this year) and in his business ($14k/year)! In 3 years it will save him almost $200k in taxes and we are just getting started. I was wondering if anyone has ever filed tax return on a business that leases their personal vehicle to the Scorp or the partnership I know I’m kind of late at this, but just trying to understand this process if anyone has came across this.
