I had the pleasure of assisting a Ms.gloria last week from Pennsylvania and she was just amazing and such a doll. She inquired about how she can get her prescription drugs lower but still also try to get some additional benefits like otc/giveback. She had been told by numerous agents that no one would be able to assist and that is the lowest her drugs could get. That was until she met Jahmel... I was able to get her drugs lowered all the way to $0 and also give her a give back plan to give her money back on her SSI, and still keeping her with otc... We also just recently got her approved of LIS even more added help. Greatest thing about the call was the conversation it was as if i was speaking with a me just from a different time line almost. Throughout us talking i was able to find out that she went to Marywood university which is a rival of my college which Gwynedd Mercy university, and she played basketball and ran track just like i did, we talk about Philadelphia all day along with the changes of atmosphere around the area.. She was just such an amazing human being and i loved every second of assisting getting her more benefits.
